• A Pacific Quality Cleaning representative will visit on the scheduled date and time
• You or an authorized person will provide access to the property

We reserve the right to adjust service charges or timelines if property conditions differ from those originally described.

Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is provided upfront based on the information submitted
• Invoices must be paid by the due date provided
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic transfers
• Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
• In the event of a scheduling conflict on our end, we will offer a prompt reschedule

Service Limitations

While we aim to provide comprehensive cleaning, we may not:

• Move heavy furniture or appliances
• Clean surfaces at unsafe heights
• Handle hazardous materials or bio-waste
• Provide services not agreed upon during booking

Please notify our team ahead of time if you have any special requests.

Liability

Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC is insured. However:

• We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, old grout)
• We are not responsible for personal items left unsecured during service
• Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with the functionality of our booking forms, contact pages, or service tools.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and layout — belongs to Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

Governing Law
