By scheduling or using our services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Services Provided

Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC offers professional cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including:

  • General routine cleaning
  • Deep cleaning and disinfection
  • Window, carpet, and floor maintenance
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Scheduled or one-time visits

Booking Process

To secure an appointment:

  • You must provide accurate property details and contact information
  • Our team will confirm availability and pricing based on the request
  • Services are confirmed once a date and time are scheduled

Service Conditions

We ask that clients:

  • Ensure easy access to the property
  • Secure pets and fragile items prior to arrival
  • Remove clutter or communicate any areas not to be cleaned

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if conditions pose a safety concern for our staff.

Payments

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Recurring clients may opt into monthly billing cycles
  • Non-payment may result in the suspension of services

Modifications or Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice due to availability or other factors.

Limitations of Liability

While we take utmost care, Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from pre-existing issues (e.g., peeling paint, faulty hardware)
  • Loss of personal property not properly stored
  • Delays due to extreme weather or emergencies

We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage directly caused by our staff.

Code of Conduct

Our employees:

  • Are trained, uniformed, and background-checked
  • Will treat your property with respect
  • Will not smoke, eat, or use personal devices on-site

Any inappropriate behavior from staff or clients should be reported immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
