By using our services or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.<\/p><p><strong>Service Agreement<\/strong><\/p><p>When scheduling a cleaning service with us, you agree that:<\/p><ul><li>The details you provide (property size, condition, requested services) are accurate<\/li><li>A Pacific Quality Cleaning representative will visit on the scheduled date and time<\/li><li>You or an authorized person will provide access to the property<\/li><\/ul><p>We reserve the right to adjust service charges or timelines if property conditions differ from those originally described.<\/p><p><strong>Pricing and Payment<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>All pricing is provided upfront based on the information submitted<\/li><li>Invoices must be paid by the due date provided<\/li><li>We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic transfers<\/li><li>Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p><p>We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours\u2019 notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments.<\/p><ul><li>No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee<\/li><li>In the event of a scheduling conflict on our end, we will offer a prompt reschedule<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Service Limitations<\/strong><\/p><p>While we aim to provide comprehensive cleaning, we may not:<\/p><ul><li>Move heavy furniture or appliances<\/li><li>Clean surfaces at unsafe heights<\/li><li>Handle hazardous materials or bio-waste<\/li><li>Provide services not agreed upon during booking<\/li><\/ul><p>Please notify our team ahead of time if you have any special requests.<\/p><p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC is insured.
