If you do not agree, you must not use our services.<\/p><p><strong>Services Provided<\/strong><\/p><p>Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC offers professional cleaning for residential and commercial properties, including:<\/p><ul><li>General routine cleaning<\/li><li>Deep cleaning and disinfection<\/li><li>Window, carpet, and floor maintenance<\/li><li>Move-in\/move-out cleaning<\/li><li>Scheduled or one-time visits<\/li><\/ul><p>The specific services included in your appointment will be outlined during booking.<\/p><p><strong>Booking Process<\/strong><\/p><p>To secure an appointment:<\/p><ul><li>You must provide accurate property details and contact information<\/li><li>Our team will confirm availability and pricing based on the request<\/li><li>Services are confirmed once a date and time are scheduled<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Service Conditions<\/strong><\/p><p>We ask that clients:<\/p><ul><li>Ensure easy access to the property<\/li><li>Secure pets and fragile items prior to arrival<\/li><li>Remove clutter or communicate any areas not to be cleaned<\/li><\/ul><p>We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if conditions pose a safety concern for our staff.<\/p><p><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed<\/li><li>Recurring clients may opt into monthly billing cycles<\/li><li>Non-payment may result in the suspension of services<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Modifications or Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p>You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.<br \/>Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.<br \/>We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice due to availability or other factors.<\/p><p><strong>Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>While we take utmost care, Pacific Quality Cleaning LLC is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Damages resulting from pre-existing issues (e.g., peeling paint, faulty hardware)<\/li><li>Loss of personal property not properly stored<\/li><li>Delays due to extreme weather or emergencies<\/li><\/ul><p>We carry general liability insurance to cover accidental damage directly caused by our staff.<\/p><p><strong>Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/p><p>Our employees:<\/p><ul><li>Are trained, uniformed, and background-checked<\/li><li>Will treat your property with respect<\/li><li>Will not smoke, eat, or use personal devices on-site<\/li><\/ul><p>Any inappropriate behavior from staff or clients should be reported immediately.<\/p><p><strong>Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p><p>We may update these Terms of Service as needed.
